Gear flange pumps

Gear-flange pumps are pump heads with a free shaft end. They are used when the motor, gearbox, or drive is provided by the customer, or when the pump is to be integrated into an existing machine. Linn-Pumpen offers the F and D series as external gear pumps for industrial applications.

The selection is based on the fluid, viscosity, flow rate, pressure, temperature, seal, and installation conditions. The F series is available in a standard flanged design, while the D series also includes a pump base for floor mounting or fixed installation.

When is a gear-flange pump a good choice?

This is a good option if you want to use an existing drive or if the pump is to be integrated into a machine or system. For fully assembled units, electric gear pumps are a better choice.

What is the difference between the F and D series?

The F series is the classic flanged design with a free shaft end. The D series also features a pump base and is suitable for applications where the pump needs to be mounted or secured.
