Series i - Gear pumps with speed control

The Series i includes speed-controlled versions of our electric gear pumps. It combines the hydraulics of the series with a frequency converter mounted directly on the motor. This allows flow rates of up to 148 l/min to be regulated as required in a pressure range of up to approximately 100 bar.

*Maximum pressure of the series. The permissible pressure of the selected pump size may be lower; the permissible operating points for flow rate, pressure, and speed can be found in the performance tables in the data sheets.

**Note on viscosity/speed:
4-pole motors (≈ 1450 rpm) up to approx. 350 mm²/s,
6-pole motors (≈ 950 rpm) up to approx. 1,500 mm²/s,
8-pole motors (≈ 700 rpm) up to approx. 2,500 mm²/s.
For higher viscosities, use
Helical gear motors of the G series in use.
