E/F PEEK series – Stainless steel gear flange pumps

The gear pumps of the Series E/F-PEEK are stainless steel gear flange pumps with housings made of 1.4571 and gears made of PEEK. They are designed for low-lubricity to non-lubricating, often aqueous media and operate in pressure ranges up to approximately 10 bar.

**Note on viscosity/speed:
4-pole motors (≈ 1450 rpm) up to approx. 350 mm²/s,
6-pole motors (≈ 950 rpm) up to approx. 1,500 mm²/s,
8-pole motors (≈ 700 rpm) up to approx. 2,500 mm²/s.
For higher viscosities, use
Spur gear motors.

Wide range of applications

  • Chemical industry: Promotion of acids and bases that have little or no lubricating effect.
  • Pharmaceutical industry: Transport of non-lubricating solvents or other sensitive liquids.
  • Water treatment: Dosing and delivery of chemicals that offer little lubrication.

Conveying media

The pumps of the Series E/F are suitable for pumping corrosive liquids, emulsions, pastes, and oils. Pumping of chemically aggressive media without abrasive components.
