E/F series – Stainless steel gear flange pumps

The gear flange pumps from Series E/F are fully stainless steel pumps with housings, gears, and shafts made of 1.4571. They are suitable for corrosive, lubricating media for which a gray cast iron design is not sufficiently resistant.

Media temperature: -40 to +200 °C (depending on seal material and material pairing)

**Note on viscosity/speed:
4-pole motors (≈ 1450 rpm) up to approx. 350 mm²/s,
6-pole motors (≈ 950 rpm) up to approx. 1,500 mm²/s,
8-pole motors (≈ 700 rpm) up to approx. 2,500 mm²/s.
For higher viscosities, use
Spur gear motors.

Conveying media

The pumps of the Series E/F are suitable for pumping liquids, emulsions, pastes, and oils. Pumping of chemically aggressive media without abrasive components.
E/FLM pumps The pumped media must guarantee a minimum level of lubrication
E/FLM -PEEK : 
Stainless steel gear pump with PEEK gears, for water and aqueous media for low to non-lubricating media
